How does it work?

WHAT IS EASY MANNY?

Easy Manny is an innovative application to manage business or home maintenances.

It wants to recreate digitally what sometimes it's written on a paper or only kept in mind. It's the first step to start with a TMP (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology with the maintenance managed in a more ordered, detailed and structured.

REQUIREMENTS

Any device wìth internet access:

  • Personal Computer
  • Tablet
  • Smartphone

ACCESS DATA

The login to Easy Manny needs a valid e-mail address and a password linked to each user.
The same user's e-mail address is used for the exchange of messages and notifications.

USERS

There are two user's tipologies:

  • Customer
  • Performer

The customer represents the manager of Easy Manny license.
He can create or change the performers. the areas names and the categories. He can delegate interventions to his performers.
A customer anyway can be an intervention performer.
The modifications done by the customer take effect between all the performers linked to it.

The perfomer is created by his own customer, the operator assigned to the operation execution.

VERSIONS

There are two versionsto use the web application:

  • Home
  • Professional

The Home version is free and with an endless license duration.
It's not possible to create more than 3 performers. Endless creation of not extraordinary maintenances.

The Professional version costs 2,99 € and the license duration is annual.
It gives you the home version and also the extraordinary maintenance management, the attachments insertion, the messages section, the endless creation of performers, the download of the interventions done.

AREAS

Areas represent the organizational scheme, the pratical scheme or the structural scheme where the maintenance operations take place.
There are 3 levels of details.
Every customer can personalise each area according to his needs.
The change of an upper level influences the levels below, so it's important to plan the areas section before creating them in EasyManny.
You can organize the areas for example like this:

  • Assembly department (L1)
  • Line 01 (L2)
  • Packing machine (L3)
  • Martina residence (L1)
  • Floor 03 (L2)
  • Room 304 (L3)
  • Press 12 (L1)
  • Injection area (L2)
  • Resistances group (L3)
  • Magnolia construction (L1)
  • Electrician team (L2)
  • Counters room (L3)
CATEGORIES

Categories represent all the extra information which the user can join to his maintenance intervention to characterize it better.
The customer can personalise each category according to his needs:

  • COMPONENT: detail interested in the intervention (ex: fuse, bearing, belt ...)
  • REASON/SIGNAL: reason for which the intervention is needed (ex: usury, noise, smoke ...)
  • EFFECT/CONSEQUENCE: event generated by the reason/signal found (ex: machine stop, accident, inefficiency ...)
  • INTERVENTION CLASSIFICATION: intervention future (ex: preventive maintenance, support, installation ...)
  • CONTRACT/EXTERNAL INTERVENTION: indication of further businesses which possibly took part in the intervention.
  • INTERVENTION TYPE: activity put in place during the intervention(ex: lubrification, cleaning, restoration ...)
  • SECTOR: area of relevance of the intervention (ex: mechanic, pneumatic, electric ...)
MAINTENANCE TYPE

In EasyManny there are 3 types of maintenance:

  • REQUIRED: maintenance intervention generated by the customer.
  • PLANNED: maintenance intervention which has got a periodic recurrence.
  • EXTRAORDINARY: maintenance intervention not required and not planned but needful to record (for example intervention verbally asked by the customer or decided directly by the performer).
MAINTENANCE MODULE

This module contains all the information about every intervention.
Each intervention is identifiied by a hexadecimal code.
The filling of some blanks is compulsory.

STATE OF MAINTENANCE INTERVENTIONS

In EasyManny there are 3 states of maintenance interventions:

  • TO DO: maintenance intervention created by the customer but not started yet by the perfomer
  • WIP: intervention started by the performer but not finished yet
  • FINISHED: intervention finished by the performer

When recording an extraordinary maintenance in EasyManny, the dates of to do, wip and finished are the same.

PERSONAL DATA

Area with all the information of the user such as registry, avatar, license information.

PERSONAL SETTINGS

Area that summaries which EasyManny versione is active, its deadline and the possible backup of the webapp login.

NOTIFICATIONS

Area that points out the first 3 maintenances to do..

MESSAGES

Area for the exchange of messages between the customer and the performer.

LOG VIEW

Area that shows a report of all the activities done by the user and his possible performers.

AREAS DOWNLOAD

Only the customer can see it. This area allows to download default settings of the areas.
The user can however change the downloaded defined settings of level 2 and level 3.
